Actor Lee Jong Suk becomes a free agent following contract expiration with Wellmade Yedang.
On December 31 Lee Jong Suk’s side reveals, “We are here to talk about Lee Jong Suk’s activities for the future and his expired contract. After getting more than enough rest, he has recharged his energy. He would be starting the first half of 2016 with a production and is planning to have many productions in Korea as well.”
They also added, “Lee Jong Suk’s contract with Wellmade Yedang ended on December 31. He would be making a decision after thinking about it carefully. He decided to have a ‘beautiful ending’ with his company with the Korean-Chinese drama ‘Jade Sweetheart’ being his last production while under Wellmade Yedang.”
“Lee Jong Suk wants to repay all of his Korean and International fans who have generously given him love, support and encouragement by doing his best in acting,” they added.
When asked if Lee Jong Suk would be joining a new agency soon, his side replies, “For the time being, he would be focusing on acting. His future course of action would be his top priority and Lee Jong Suk is planning to consider it very carefully.”
Lee Jong Suk is known for his roles on dramas, “Pinocchio,” “Doctor Stranger,” “I Hear Your Voice” as well as on the films, “No Breathing,” and “Hot Young Lads.”
