Following a long legal battle, it has been revealed the boys of B.A.P would be returning to TS Entertainment.
Previously, it has been reported that the group had filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment on November 2014 in order to terminate their contract due to unfair conditions and distribution on profits.
TS Entertainment then denied the claims, revealing that, “there were neither maltreatments nor unfair clauses on the contract.”
B.A.P then counters TS Entertainment’s statement by claiming that there was a lack of accountability and that the group is considering on filing for defamation of character.
Despite the previous legal battles, it seems that both parties have reached an agreement.
TS Entertainment then reveals the group’s return to the company.
“Hello, this is TS Entertainment.
First, we would like to apologize for causing the concern to everyone due to the unexpected events within the past few months.
The problem occurred on November 11, 2014 and we have prioritized solving the issue and have made our best efforts to recover the trust with B.A.P.
Through our series of communication trials we have finally recovered each other’s trust, and B.A.P has returned to TS Entertainment on August 1, 2015.
No matter the reason was, we have fully recognize that this long process had been a painful on for all the B.A.P members, their parents and fans who have been the main source of support to the group. We promise to make our earnest efforts to create B.A.P’s bright future.
We thank the fans who have waited patiently for B.A.P’s return and those who have supported us. TS Entertainment would continue in creating a better environment to all our artists and focus on bringing music to you all.”
