N-Train’s Jung Kyun had recently revealed on an interview with Sports Chosun that he was almost become a victim of a fraud if it had not been by the help of JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong. Jung Kyun is the leader of the group and is known to be a former member of the group TACHYON through the MBC’s Show Survival. After the show had ended, their group’s promotions was also stopped. He then revealed that he had almost caught up with a fraud twice.

He started, “In 2008, our team got in contact with a Chinese agency and even contracted with them. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurred near the area and we never got in contact with them again, which ruined our chances of advancing in China. A member then departed, so only the two of us remained. We met a person that claimed to be an employee of ‘Avex Japan‘ and held a few meetings with him. He even showed us pictures of Avex artists so we believed him and headed off to Japan” and also continued, “At the time, JYJ’s Jaejoong was promoting in Japan with TVXQ. Since he was under Avex, I asked him about that employee and he said, ‘There is no employee here with that name.’ Something felt wrong the more we talked about it so I called Jaejoong again and described the person to him. Jaejoong said, ‘There’s nobody like that here. He is not an Avex employee, hurry up and go back.”

And for the second time, he revealed, “The final tragedy of 2008 was that we got into a lawsuit with our former agency. They didn’t have the power or money to care for us so we took them to court and won in May 2009. I then auditioned and got into contact with Media Line and joined N-Train.”
