Super Junior member Kangin sends a video message to his former virtual wife Lee Yoon Ji on recent episode of “We Got Married.”
On the October 24 episode of MBC’s variety show “We Got Married,” BTOB member Sungjae and Red Velvet’s Joy met with Sungjae’s former co-hosts at ‘A Song For You’ and Joy’s label mates at SM Entertainment, Super Junior member Kangin and f(x)’s Amber at a coffee shop.
Kangin appeared on the first season of “We Got Married” along with actress Lee Yoon Ji. The two were known as ‘Kangji’ and the ‘Acorn Jelly Couple’ as both of them remind each other of acorn jelly. Since Kangin has experience when it comes to the show, he then offers Sungjae some advice after the later was nervous about their meeting at the café. Later, Kangin talks about her former virtual wife Lee Yoon Ji and says, “Lee Yoon Ji is a friend who has the same age as me. She did actually get married.”
Kangin then sends a video message for Lee Yoon Ji saying, “Yoon Ji, how have you been? Is your husband treating you well? I apologize for not being able to attend the wedding. I could not bear seeing you go with another man. Congratulations.”
Lee Yoon Ji married on September 2014 with her fiancé who works as a dentist. She then gave birth to her first child earlier this October.
Meanwhile, on the same episode, Sungjae prepares dinner as a surprise for Joy who was busy with her work.
