Actress Song Ji Hyo shares her thoughts about cheating.
On the recent broadcast of JTBC’s “Abnormal Summit,” Song Ji Hyo appeared as a special guest to promote her new JTBC drama, “This Week, My Wife is Cheating.”
With regards to her role in the drama, Song Ji Hyo revealed, “The role is not so bad. Since the content is something which people could empathize with, I think that they will be able to enjoy watching it.”
When asked about her thoughts on cheating, the actress shared, “This is something which I thought of while playing the character of a cheating wife: I think that you could forgive someone cheating once. Is that abnormal? There is a prerequisite: It could only be once. I could think of it happening once as a mistake. However, I could not forgive cheating on me with the same woman twice.”
With regards to divorce, Song Ji Hyo stated, “That is the final decision when you could not find any other method.”
The MCs then ask her as to how she would deal if she has suspicions of her husband having an affair.
Song Ji Hyo then answered, “If I am really suspicious and a strong gut feel but do not have any real evidence, instead of digging through his things and conjecturing on my own, I would just ask him straight up.”
Meanwhile, the drama “This Week, My Wife is Cheating” also stars Lee Sun Kyun, Kim Hee Won, Ye Ji Won, Lee Sang Yeob and BoA.
