Actor Kang Dong Won reveals his thoughts about being under YG Entertainment.
On a recent interview, Kang Dong Won shared, “I was aware, but YG does not really interfere. I actually hate interference as well. My mother does not even interfere with my business. YG does not touch on me to the point that I ask myself, ‘Is it okay for them not to interfere this much?’”
The actor also shared his thoughts about visiting the YG Entertainment building and their famous cafeteria. Kang Dong Won shared, “I have been to the office only twice. I went since they said that I should go at least once since I have signed the contract. I was curious about the cafeteria as well. Another time that I visited was when I was near the office and had to go to the bathroom really bad.”
Kang Dong Won has signed with the label early this year after being with United Artist Agency since 2013.
Meanwhile, Kang Dong Won will be staring in the new crime-action film, “Master” along with actors Lee Byung Hun and Kim Woo Bin. The film is set to premiere in December of 2016.
The actor is also known for his roles in the films, “Too Beautiful to Lie,” “Jeon Woo-chi: The Taoist Wizard,” “Kundo: Age of the Rampant” and “Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned.”
