FNC Entertainment reveals, “Juniel’s contract with the agency comes to an end this month. Both sides have talked about a renewal of her contract, and we are following her wishes to not renew her contract.”
Juniel then addresses the issue through her Twitter account through a series of tweets saying, “There are news that my contract with FNC, where I have been with for 10 years have expired yesterday. When I bid goodbye to the CEO and staff after closing my contract, I started to get teary eyed since I remembered the first time when I came to the company at the age of 15. I was grateful to all of the staff members who have said that they were sorry and thankful. They also told me that I did well and said goodbye as they told me that I am special to them since we started together despite my shortcomings. I am also thankful to CEO Han Sung Ho who said that he would keep on supporting me until the end, ask him questions anytime and to come and visit. I learned a lot when I was at FNC and was happy to meet many warm and good people there. Thank you FNC family who kept on supporting me. I love you. Now, I would find a new nest and work hard to bring good music and performances. I would relay good news soon. Please do support FNC and Juniel. Thank you.”
