Solo artist Juniel clarifies her comment regarding her former management label FNC Entertainment.

On the recent broadcast of SBS Power FM’s radio show “Kim Chang Ryul’s Old School,” Juniel appeared as a special guest where she revealed her thoughts about her new single “Pisces” and her recent change of agencies.

She comments, “Sometimes, I hear people say that my complexion is better after I changed agencies.”

Juniel also adds, “I am happy when they say that I look happy.”

With regards to this comment, many netizens claimed that Juniel had ill feelings with regards to her previous agency, FNC Entertainment.

In response, Juniel took to her Twitter account to explain her comment. She explains, “I did not mean that I looked happier because I left FNC Entertainment. However, I wanted to say that it was good that I am able to sing my own songs after my change of management.”

She also adds, “I do not have any bitter feelings towards FNC Entertainment. CEO Han Sung Ho, that is not what I meant. Everyone, please do not misunderstand.”

Meanwhile, Juniel’s new track “Pisces” is her first release since her leave from FNC Entertainment. She is also known for the songs, “Fool,” “illa illa,” “Bad Man,” “Pretty Boy” and “Sorry.” During her stay in FNC Entertainment, she formed the sub-unit Romantic J along with CNBLUE’s Jonghyun. She is now signed under C9 Entertainment.
