AOA member Seolhyun talks about her dating reports with Block B leader Zico and her previous history controversy with co-member Jimin.
During Seolhyun’s recent interview with media outlet Sports Seoul, Seolhyun was asked about how she felt when her dating news with Zico broke out. The AOA member then responded, “To be honest, I was really shocked. I was surprised that there were reports about me and that people were so interested. It was fascinating and scary at the same time. The fact that the news got out without my permission was surprising.”
She also added that the AOA stood by her and comforted her. “Whenever I am having a difficult time, I acknowledge that let the people around me know what is going on. It is not that it is easy. However, I let my emotions run their course and quickly brush them off. I do not really have any particular method of overcoming things. When time passes, everything gets better,” Seolhyun added.
When asked if she felt uneasy with her entertainment activities following her history controversy and dating news, she stated, “I feel a degree of anxiety. However, I do not think that it is the end. My life is not over.”
“When I look back on this year, it is not to the point that I would say, ‘That was a tough time.’ Going through a lot of things, I have become stronger, and I do not think that it will be difficult. I now have the strength to handle these kinds of things,” she added.
