T.T.Ma CD Review |

TTMA. Whoever knew one day I would go crazy over their first release song "Wanna be Loved" and buy their album as soon as it came online? I did like their debut song, but then thought they were annoying with their Asian chihuaua voices. This new image and new style surprised me though. They changed two members and I think it was for the better. Euni has a great deep woman voice. I think the group has grownup from being yengyeng song girls! Their cutsey sound is still on the album but it has this flow that isn't annoying. I thought "Wanna be loved" was the only song that wwas going to be good, but now I love track five--"Dut", which is a techno and club sound, track six--"Special" is a song that really uplifts you from the stress, track eight---is a great ballad which makes you go "Is this really TTMA?", track nine--"Karma" is great Arabian feel song (does anyone still use Arabian effect or is it all about Latin style?) I was so impressed with this song, I made up dances and taught them to a few girls that wanted to perform at our town's chusok festival. I thought I hated all cutsey albums tha had beach sounds (why do many Korean songs have that??) and I thought I hated that group rapping and yelling out like a prep assembly, but TTMA has changed that view of mine. They are one group with all that I get annoyed with and I still love them and love their songs. They changed it a little to be different, and I think they did some well thinking! Hey everyone, don't think they are that same group singing that bluegrass/beach song back then. They grabbed a serious attitude of love and became a better TTMA. |
