Singer and actress Uhm Jung Hwa has been revealed to be making her comeback to the music industry after an eight-year hiatus.
Her new management agency for her comeback, Mystic Entertainment, reveals, “Uhm Jung Hwa has signed an album contract with Mystic Entertainment and has been working on her new music for the past year. The album is in the final stages of recording. She has been coming to the recording studio and practice room regularly and has been putting all of her passion into her comeback album.”
Moreover, reports have also come out saying that Lee Hyori would be featured on Uhm Jung Hwa’s album. To this, a source reveals, “Lee Hyori has recently attended a recording. Both Lee Hyori and Uhm Jung Hwa are role models for a lot of female stars since they both have that ‘sexy diva’ image. Lee Hyori does not really feature in other people’s tracks often, and she has also been on hiatus from the industry for a long time. However, the two of them have a great relationship.”
Meanwhile, Uhm Jung Hwa made her debut in the music industry back in 1993. Her last release was the mini-album, “D.I.S.C.O,” which was released back in 2008. She then back more active in the acting industry and is known for her roles in the films, “Wonderful Nightmare,” “Venus Talk,” “Montage” and “In My End Is My Beginning.”
