EXO member D.O revealed to be reviewing a casting offer for lead role in a feature film.

D.O. receives a casting offer for the upcoming movie “Hyung”, in which the film would focus on the story of two brothers as they endure hardships together. D.O’s character would be the younger brother who suffers from a tragic accident who gradually grows up.

Meanwhile, the actor who would be playing the role of the elder brother has not yet been confirmed yet. However, it has been said that a top actor in his thirties is said to be considering the role.

SM Entertainment also reveals that D.O is positively reviewing the casting offer for the film.

D.O made his acting debut with the film “Cart” and appeared on the SBS drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love”.

It is also said that the filming of the movie “Hyung” would start on October or November of this year.

Currently, the EXO member is filming in Goheung, Jeollanam-do province for the movie “Pure Love” alongside Kim So Hyun. Since the filming for “Pure Love” would end around August or September of this year, D.O would then have to start filming for “Hyung” right away.

The upcoming movie “Hyung” is written by Yoo Young Ah who also worked for the hit Korean movie “Miracle in Cell No.7” and is directed by Kwon Soo Kyung who also directed the movie “Barefoot Gi Bong”.
