Actor Yoon Shi Yoon reveals the pressure he felt from the popular drama “Baker King Kim Tak Goo.”
In the previous press conference for the ongoing JTBC drama “Mirror of the Witch,” Yoon Shi Yoon reveals, “‘Baker King’ Kim Tak Goo was just like an amazing hat which I got to wear. When I take that hat off, it left such a deep impression that most of the time, people could not see me without the hat.”
Yoon Shi Yoon also reveals, “My debut project got over 30 percent in ratings while ‘Baker King Kim Tak Goo’ got over 50 percent. Instead of liking it, I felt terrified. I wanted to hide rather than try and live up from the pressure. However, my colleagues Joo Won, Shin Se Kyung, Park Shin Hye and Daniel Choi have kept on trying new things. They got over that fear and walked their own paths. When I went into the army, I wanted to cry out of regret because I did not follow their example.”
Meanwhile, Yoon Shi Yoon is currently starring in the drama “Mirror of the Witch” which also stars Kim Sae Ron, Lee Sung Jae, Yum Jung Ah and Kwak Si Yang.
The actor is also known for his roles in the dramas, “Prime Minister and I,” “Flower Boys Next Door,” “Me Too, Flower!” and “High Kick Through the Roof.”
