Former f(x) member Sulli shows her support for IU’s new album “CHAT-SHIRE” most especially the song “Red Queen” which was inspired from one of her drawings.

Sulli posted on her Instagram account her support for her close friend IU along with her drawing of IU and herself. Sulli writes, “There is no way I could not love it, IU, I love you! I like all of your songs, but I like ‘Red Queen’ the best. I could not help it. I have to love her! (I did not draw this drawing! Who drew this? Gold hands.)”

Meanwhile, IU reveals on her recent talk event ‘CHAT-SHOW’ on October 23 that “Red Queen” was actually inspired from Sulli’s drawing. She reveals, “There is a drawing that became the motif. As soon as I saw that picture, I thought of a red queen. The drawing is even in the album.”

“To tell the truth, the drawing is what my friend Sulli drew for me, and she draws well. That is why when I went to Sulli’s house and saw that picture, I thought that it fit the lyrics which I was thinking of so I borrowed that picture to write the song,” she adds.

The two female idols are known to be close friends, previously, IU also wrote her song ‘Peach’ while thinking about Sulli.
