Actress Shin Se Kyung reveals her thoughts on growing up in the limelight on recent photo shoot and interview with InStyle magazine.
With regards to growing up in the limelight since she debuted at an early age as a child actor, Shin Se Kyung comments, “Rather than saying that I have matured because of the fact that I have made my debut at a young age, I think that I went through puberty at a fast rate. Although it is true for anyone, it is a difficult time to go through. You are emotional in a lot of ways. I was not that much different. I just worked faithfully every day.”
She also reveals, “When I think about it, I do not think that I went too far off from the image of a 20-year-old. Even though I am still lacking in a lot of ways now, I think that I am walking in the right path. When I am in my thirties, I want to be a stronger actress and a stronger person.”
When asked about what she does when she is not working on a project, Shin Se Kyung says, “I like art exhibitions, which is why I go and look at fun exhibitions. I also like to go on trips and spend time with myself.”
Meanwhile, Shin Se Kyung is known for her roles on the dramas, “Six Flying Dragons,” “The Girl Who Sees Smells,” “Blade Man,” and “When a Man Falls in Love.”
