Singer Shin Ji Hoon talks about her two-year break and recent comeback on “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.”
On the recent broadcast of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” “K-Pop Star 2” contestant turned soloist Shin Ji Hoon appeared as a special guest and talked about her two-year break and recent comeback.
MC Yoo Hee Yeol asks her if she was nervous about her first ever appearance on the show, Shin Ji Hoon then responds, “My mind is blank right now.”
She also adds, “Recently, I was hanging out with my friends, when one of them showed me a video from the program, I told them that I will be going on the program, and they all got so excited.”
When Yoo Hee Yeol asked her, “Were you nervous about taking a two-year break?”
The singer then reveals, “I was worried that the public would forget me. When I was going through difficult times, I wrote songs. That is how I was able to produce a lot of tracks.”
Yoo Hee Yeol then asks her as to which label she would have chosen if he were the judge on “K-Pop Star 2” instead of BoA, Shin Ji Hoon immediately responded with “Antenna” (Yoo Hee Yeol’s record label).
Meanwhile, Shin Ji Hoon has recently ended her contract with Cube Entertainment and signed with a new label Starline Entertainment. She has also made her comeback with the song “Jungle Gym,” which she wrote herself.
