Park Shin Hye’s management agency S.A.L.T Entertainment reveals their thoughts on her new drama “Doctors.”

S.A.L.T Entertainment reveals, “We thought that the timing of this show would lead to a failure. How would we have a successful drama every time? With those thoughts, we were prepared for failure and told ourselves not to be too disappointed if the drama would not do well.”

The agency also reveals, “For the past three years, none of Park Shin Hye’s dramas have failed. Everything turned out well, so we were nervous about this one. A lot of people were also saying that it was about time for a failure, and we thought that there is no way that we could succeed in everything.”

S.A.L.T Entertainment also goes to reveal why they choose the drama for Park Shin Hye’s next project. They reveal, “When we were choosing the next project, we were thinking of going out in style even if it fails. We then chose ‘Doctors.’”

However, instead of being a flop, “Doctors” became a huge hit – surpassing over 20% in viewership ratings. Aside from Park Shin Hye, the drama also stars Kim Rae Won, Yoon Kyun Sang, Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Min Seok. The show airs on SBS every Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 pm KST.
