The representatives of Jay Park respond to speculations that the singer is dissing Park Jin Young through the lyrics in his new song.

The male singer has recently released his new studio album “Worldwide,” with the lead track “You Know.” His other song “F*ckboy”, which is written by Jay Park himself, is also receiving attention as fans speculate that it is a diss towards Park Jin Young.

Park Jin Young is the CEO of JYP Entertainment who produced and formed 2PM, in which Jay Park was previously a member.

The lyrics of the song say:

My old teacher is jealous now that we’ll become same same.

You’re an entertainer that sells fans.

I continue forward even if you block me.

Woah. XX, I was about to be asked for a music festival.

Yeah. But the old man does not act his age. Childish childish.

I have been free for five years. I am at this level even if you block me.

I am doing fine. I don’t bother with you.

In light of the speculations, Jay Park’s representatives reveals, “Jay Park writes all of his songs, including that. Since it was him that wrote the song, only he would know. We could not explain why and to whom he wrote the songs. He did not explain to us beforehand so we could not answer rashly. Each listener is free to interpret as they please.”

Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment states that they have no comment regarding the matter.
