Actor Lee Jung Jae revealed to be taking legal action against malicious commenters.
Lee Jung Jae’s management agency C-Jes Entertainment reveals that the actor has sued 50 malicious commenters last year.
A representative of C-Jes Entertainment reveals, “Earlier this year, 10 people have received monetary penalty while 20 have received suspension of prosecution. We are currently waiting for the court’s final decision.” The prosecutors have also revealed that the identity of 30 more netizens have already been noted.
It has been said that the malicious comments have started when Lee Jung Jae have confirmed his relationship last January of 2014 with Lim Sae Ryung, who is the eldest daughter of Daesang Group’s President Lim Chang Wook. She is also the ex-wife of Samsung Group heir Lee Jae Yong.
Comments and posts accusing the actor of taking part in the wrongdoings of Dongyang Group’s La Terrace business have spread on the internet.
In response to the malicious commenters, Lee Jung Jae posted on his website that he would be taking serious actions against people who leave negative comments about him.
Meanwhile, Lee Jung Jae is known for his roles on the dramas, “Feelings,” “Triple,” “Air City,” “White Nights 3.98” and “Sandglass.”
He is also known for his roles on the films such as “Assassination,” “Big Match,” “Over the Rainbow” and would also be appearing on the upcoming films, “Tik Tok” and “Operation Chromite.”
