Actor Lee Jong Suk talks about his competition with Kim Woo Bin and his drama “Uncontrollably Fond.”
On the press conference for the new drama “W,” lead actor Lee Jong Suk talks about his good friend Kim Woo Bin who is currently his competitor since both of their dramas have the same time slot.
Lee Jong Suk reveals, “Kim Woo Bin asked me to make a cameo in ‘Uncontrollably Fond.’ That was before I confirmed my appearance on “W.” But, I was not able to make a cameo in ‘Uncontrollably Fond’ at the end since it airs at the same time slot as my new drama.”
He adds, “We both have a symbiotic relationship to the point that we even consider ourselves as spiritual companions. We also promised each other, ‘Whoever does well should buy the other a meal’, and that we should support each other.”
When asked if he was able to watch “Uncontrollably Fond,” Lee Jong Suk reveals, “Since I had a really busy schedule, I have been unable to watch ‘Uncontrollably Fond’ yet. However, after seeing the still cuts and teasers, it seems that Kim Woo Bin has worked out a lot. I thought about taking it off in my drama this time, but after seeing Kim Woo Bin’s body, I decided not to do so.”
