Female rapper KittiB shares her thoughts on idol rappers.
The female rapper has recently gained attention for becoming the runner-up on the Mnet female rap survival show, “Unpretty Rapstar 2.”
On an interview, KittiB was asked on her thoughts about the idol rappers on ‘Unpretty Rapstar 2,’ to which she responds, “Onstage, they are amazing. Their ability to perform without being nervous is something that I need to learn.”
KittiB adds, “If Hyorin and Yezi prepared 100 percent, then they would have showed 140-150 percent onstage. They performed exactly what they wanted to show and have rapped all of their lines without being overexcited. When I am feeling good, I tend to get overexcited.”
She also reveals, “I thought that I had a lot of stage experience, however when I watch them, I thought that I was lacking.”
However, KittiB also comments, “If idol rappers wrote down their thoughts and showed everything that they had, then I would have no complaints. They are sometimes suspected of having their lines written for them, which is a matter of pride among those people who do hip hop. If it wasn’t for that, I would have no negative thoughts towards idol rappers.”
Meanwhile, KittiB debuted with the track “I’m Her” on 2012 featuring Zion.T who also co-produced the track. Following her first place win on “Unpretty Rapstar 2”, KittiB signs with the label Brand New Music which is founded by Rhymer.
