Actress Kim Tae Hee reveals that reason why she initially hesitated on accepting the lead role on SBS’ new drama “Yong Pal”.
During the press conference of “Yong Pal” on July 30 at the SBS Hall, actress Kim Tae Hee reveals her thoughts on the new drama.
She reveals, “When I watched the drama up to the fourth episode, it felt like I was watching an interesting novel.”
“Actually, I had doubts on acting on the drama since up until the fourth episode I had little screen time. However, the production was really great and I thought that if I am able to do my best for the role in a well made drama, then I think that it is okay too,” Kim Tae Hee reveals, she adds, “That is how much I liked the script.”
The actress also adds, “After I saw the highlight video, I feel good since the drama was made just as how I have imagined it. No matter how many parts I am given, I think that it would be a meaningful project.”
Kim Tae Hee plays the lead female role opposite Joo Won. She plays a character that has fallen into coma for a long time. This is probably the reason why the actress had mentioned that she had less screen time.
Meanwhile, the first episode of “Yong Pal” would air on August 5 at 10 p.m.
