Actress Jeon Do Yeon reveals her thoughts on working with After School’s Nana for the tvN drama “Good Wife.”
On the recent press conference for the drama “Good Wife,” Jeon Do Yeon reveals her thoughts and how she feels about working with the After School member.
During the press conference, the actress reveals, “When I first heard that Nana was cast for the ‘Good Wife,’ to be honest, I was really surprised.”
She adds that she was surprised since she did not know that it was Nana’s acting debut in Korea.
Jeon Do Yeon also shares, “I think that Nana, who does not have much acting experience, and myself coming back to the small screen in 11 years puts the two of us in similar mindsets. We are both trying to ease each other’s nervous hearts.”
The actress also adds, “Nana must be very nervous and stressed herself. However, she gives me strength instead. She is just like an older sister to me.”
The new drama “Good Wife” is the Korean remake of the American series of the same name. Jeon Do Yeon plays the lead character Kim Hye Kyung who is a lawyer in a law firm while Nana plays the role of Kim Dan, who is an investigator at a law firm.
“Good Wife” will replace the drama “Dear My Friends.” It would premiere on July 8 and would then be aired on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:30 KST.
