BTS’ agency Big Hit Entertainment reveals Jimin’s condition after fainting and falling off the stage at a recent fan meeting at Japan.
On August 18, Big Hit Entertainment posts on their official Twitter account after BTS Jimin suffers an accident at a fan meeting.
They wrote, “Jimin had fell from the stage during BTS’ ‘Japan Official Fan Meeting Undercover Mission’ which was held today in Osaka, Japan. He was then moved to the Sumitomo Hospital after having medical examination. During a game, he had suddenly held his breath for a long time, which caused his parasympathetic nervous system to take over. As a result, he lost his balance and his heart rate dropped temporarily, it was then that he lost his consciousness and fell off the stage.”
Big Hit Entertainment also assures the fans that Jimin is okay following the accident. They reveal, “While it is true that Jimin fell off the stage, the results of a careful medical examination reveal that it was just a light contusion and has no effect on his health. He is currently resting up at the hotel.”
“We want to sincerely apologize for causing worry to the fans who watched their performance and for the rest of the fans,” Big Hit adds.
Meanwhile, Jimin has also took to his Twitter account and assures the fans that he is okay after the accident.
