Male group 5tion has been revealed to have filed a lawsuit against the CEO of their former Japanese agency.

Through an official statement, the members of 5tion spoke about their lawsuit on November 10. It has been revealed that the members have filed the sexual harassment lawsuit against the CEO of their former Japanese agency at Gangnam Police Station. Moreover, the members are also filing a civil lawsuit for their unpaid wages (more than 100million won) in the past two years of being with the management agency.

According to the representatives of 5tion, the members were being psychologically and physically abused by the former CEO after signing a two-year contract with the Japanese agency Yewon Entertainment in 2013. 5tion’s side has also claimed that the former CEO have forced them to work as well as sending them unwanted pornographic content, such as explicit videos, messages, and photos through an instant messaging app.

With the continuous abuse and sexual harassment, the members are said to have experienced drastic hair loss, insomnia, and gastritis among other physical and mental pain.

5tion’s side also claims that the CEO had also abused her authority by touching the members without their consent, telling them dirty jokes as well as paying them late-night visits in their dorm to drink alcohol with them.

They further claim that when the members had only six months left on their contracts, they were pressured to sign an extension while being told that they would not be financially compensated for their work if they don’t sign, and have threatened to sue them for breach of contract and blocking their future activities in Japan if they would not show up for scheduled concerts.
