Comedian and MC Yoo Jae Suk expressed his gratefulness to the “Infinite Challenge” cast members during his Grand Prize Award (daesang) speech at the “2016 MBC Entertainment Awards.”
On December 29, “Nation’s MC” Yoo Jae Suk was given recognition for his contribution to the entertainment industry by taking home the Grand Prize Award at the recent event.
In his acceptance speech, Yoo Jae Suk commented, “The more awards I receive, the sorrier I feel.”
He also mentioned his fellow nominees, saying, “To Jung Joon Ha, thank you and I apologize. To Kim Gura and Kim Sung Joo, I would like to express my gratitude.”
Yoo Jae Suk also mentioned Jung Hyung Don, who recently went on a hiatus due to health issues, by saying, “No matter where it is, I hope that Jung Hyung Dong will be happily doing what he wants to do on television.”
“I am not sure when it would be, but I hope that one day, we can do ‘Infinite Challenge’ together with Noh Hong Chul and Gil as well, when the viewers would allow it,” he wished.
He added, “Moreover, Park Myung Soo and Jung Joon Ha, you have worked hard again this year. Thank you also to HaHa, who acts as the pillar of support between the older and younger members. To Yang Se Hyung, who has been a huge support during such a hard time for us and to Kwanghee who had a difficult time adjusting, but is not making everyone laugh a lot.”
Meanwhile, “Infinite Challenge” also received the viewer’s choice award for “Best Program” and Jung Joon Ha also took home the “High Excellence Award” for Variety.
